Bowen Technique is a complementary therapy which has been reported to help people with back and neck pain, headaches, respiratory problems, bowel problems, muscular skeletal problems, joint problems, postural problems, stress and many more.

Bowen is not a massage, chiropractic or osteopathic treatment.
